Hi,
in the past there was quite a number of modded, optimized drivers out there that should have easily installed on pretty much any older and more recent laptop VGA chipset like yours, such as NGO, DNA-Drivers, Extreme Warcat, Omegadrivers and so on.
Sadly enough the only repository site that collected those Ati-Mod drivers shut down about a year ago, or so (
http://www.3dacc.net ).
You could alwas give Omegadrivers a go, since they have reportedly shown a high degree of compatibility on laptops:
http://omegadrivers.net/ (Omega is apparently not working on any new driversets either, therefore outdated)
Still, the easiest way for you to obtain an up-to-date set is to mod your own ATI drivers for mobility use.
Dl this modder:
http://www.driverheaven.net/modtool.phpMake sure you have also installed MSXML 6.0 and net framework from Microsoft.
Follow the instructions on the mobility modder site, and head over to AMD/ATI and choose the desktop driver version of your liking (dunno what the latest is, haven't had an ATI card for nearly three years.), though i heard Catalyst 9.3 runs best:
http://www.amd.com/de/Pages/AMDHomePage.aspxThen simply mod the dled driver according to the modtool's instructions, and you should be set to install them on your rig.
Any questions? Don't hesitate to ask...
