Ich habe ein 1630A unter LINUX 9.2 laufen und benutze eine externe USB Platte (Vendor: SAMSUNG Model: MP0804H). Die funktioniert prinzipiell - aber leider nur als USB 1.0 device. Der Output von dmesg schaut so aus:

Besonders die Zeile "usb 1/2-1: not running at top speed; connect to a high speed hub" scheint mein Problem zu sein. In der Hardware-Info steht das entsprechende HUB auch nur mit 12MBit/s drin (als OHCI Host controller, aber USB 2.0 IDE Bridge).
Die Platte steckt in den beiden seitlichen USB Ports links (sollten das nicht auch 2.0 Ports sein?), es spielt dabei keine Rolle welchen von beiden ich benutze.
Gibt es irgendeine Möglichkeit, die Rate auf die 480Mbit von USB 2.0 zu bekommen ?
