das handbuch sollte im pdf format auf einer der beiden cd´s sein (recovery oder treiber cd),ich hab noch nicht nachgesehn...

das lob gilt nicht nur mir allein,ich mach das hier nicht zum ersten mal,ein anderes notebook wenn ihr mal googeln möchtet gebt einfach mal FID2140 ein im winfuture forum haben WIR da ähnliches hochgezogen,mit erfolg...

allerdings müssen alle mitarbeiten (danke zb an gerico),wer zeit hat googelt zum laptop oder komponenten oder stellt fragen,alles hilft und trägt dazu bei zufrieden mit dem ding arbeiten zu können...

weitere denkbare methoden wären:

wie und welches andere touchpad könnte man einbauen (original ist nicht der bringer)

welchen speicher nehme ich zum aufrüsten,welcher hersteller clock etc.

kann man am bios noch ws machen

oder anderes was euch einfällt.

...und weiter so.

in der regel ist der wert in der registry auf 0 und wird somit von windows automatisch ermittelt,da aber niemand weiß wie gut das windows kann,aufgrund der vielen unterschiedlichen prozessoren,teilt man,wenn man es weiß,dem betriebssystem direkt mit wieviel L2 cache im prozessor (oder für) zur verfügung steht,frührer einmal gab es den sogenannten pipeline burst cache den man auf dem motherboard zusätzlich installieren konnte,vobis computer meinte zb damals diesen slot nicht mit zu integrieren und lief damit voll auf,da ihre pc´s um ellen lahmer waren als die anderer hersteller mit burst cache,so ähnlich ist es heute mit dem L2 cache,er unterstützt den datenfluss von und zum prozessor ...
je größer und schneller der cache desto schneller der pc,allerdings muß windows wissen wie groß der cache ist um ihn vollkommen ausnutzen zu können...

und schon wieder was neues,man kann RMCLOCK mit dem Pa1538 nutzen,
und zwar die multiprozessor taktung,in 0.5 schritten von 4x bis 8x (standard)
der vorteil ist ein leiseres und kühleres notebook,die leistung ist bei bedarf sofort voll da,selbst beim zocken ist es ok!
ich werde das heute nachmittag dem thread am anfang hinzufügen.

übertakten und core spannung konnte ich bisher nicht ändern

damit entfällt vollkomen das powermanagement tool und der lüfter knopf

And use the "single step transitions only" if you want to use a stable computer.

(mine always freezed with "allow multiple transitions" setting)

Edit:
I missed the vid with 8x : it is 0,9 V

(One of my friend also has a pa1538, his lowest vid is: 0,735 with 4x multiplier. His computer inmediately freezes with 0,712 V)

Test it with prime95 (run one prime95 on one core, one on the other) for at least 4-5 hour. Lock the multiplier with Rmclock (power saving mode for 4x and max performance mode for 8x). If it doesn't make an error than you are good to go...

Use the auto-adjustment intermediate vid's button to find the correct intermediate vid-s. You should test only the 4x and the 8x multiplier.
You can try lower Vid with 4x, maybe you can go below 0,712 (less volt, more battery time)

And be careful! It is a must to use the "single step transitions only" setting.



An other good adjustment: I downclocked my gpu and video card ram on 2D-mode (and overclocked the 3D-mode :lol: )
So if you choose the power-saving mode with the power-mizer your notebook will use less energy.

multi: the computer freeze when rmclock change the freq. for example from 1000 mhz to 1600 mhz (I got bluescrean 1 or 2 times a day)

when you select "perform single-step transitions only" rm clock will go sequentially through the p-states,(e.g. 1,2,3,2,1,2,3,4,5,4,3,2,3,4) regardless of what multiplier is set for those p-states, so the cpu might actually skipping multipliers depending on what p-states are used. Then when "allow multi-step transitions" is selected rm clock can take multiple steps and jump to a higher or lower p-state.(e.g.1,3,1,5,3,1,4,2)(remember these numbers represent p-states not multipliers).
